2024-P Zitkala-Ša American Women Quarter: A Collector’s Guide.

The 2024-P Zitkala-Ša American Women Quarter is part of the American Women Quarters Program, which honors influential women in American history.

This coin celebrates Zitkala-Ša, a Native American writer, educator, and activist, and is one of the five women featured in the inaugural year of the series.

The 2024-P issue is minted at the Philadelphia Mint and has quickly become a key piece in the collection for numismatists and those interested in American history and Native American culture.

The American Women Quarters Program was introduced in 2022 to honor women who made significant contributions to American society, with each coin released over a period of five years.

The 2024-P Zitkala-Ša quarter is the second release in 2024, following the release of Maya Angelou earlier in the year.

The obverse of the 2024 American Women Quarters features the classic portrait of George Washington by John Flanagan, as used on all quarters since 1932.

As the coin is part of a circulating coin series, the 2024-P Zitkala-Ša quarter will have a face value of $0.25 when used in transactions.

The 2024-P Zitkala-Ša American Women Quarter is not only a part of an exciting and culturally significant coin program, but it also honors a woman whose work shaped the landscape of Native American rights and activism.
