How Cutting Out Dairy Affected My Digestion and Skin
Cutting out dairy from my diet has had a profound impact on both my digestion and skin, and has even influenced my approach to managing belly fat. Initially, I made the decision to eliminate dairy products because I had been experiencing digestive discomforts like bloating, gas, and occasional indigestion.
