Decadent Filet Mignon with Mushroom Sauce – Impress Your Guests!

Ingredients You'll Need: 2 filet mignon steak 2 tbsp olive oil 2 tbsp butter 1 cup mushrooms (cremini or button, sliced) 2 cloves garlic (minced)

½ cup beef broth ½ cup heavy cream ¼ cup dry white wine (optional) 1 tsp Dijon mustard Salt and pepper to taste Fresh parsley for garnish

Sear the Steaks – Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Season filet mignon with salt and pepper, then sear for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and let them rest. 

Prepare the Mushroom Sauce – In the same pan, add butter, mushrooms, and garlic. Sauté until soft.
