Homemade Shrimp Scampi That Tastes Like Fine Dining!

Shrimp scampi is a classic Italian-American dish featuring juicy shrimp sautéed in a garlic butter sauce, enhanced with white wine, lemon juice, and fresh herbs.

Ingredients You’ll Need: 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined 3 tbsp butter 2 tbsp olive oil 4 cloves garlic, minced ½ cup dry white wine (or chicken broth)

½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional) Juice of 1 lemon ¼ cup chopped parsley Salt & pepper to taste 8 oz linguine or spaghetti (optional)

How to Make It: Heat olive oil and butter in a pan. Sauté garlic until fragrant. Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook until pink.

Pour in white wine, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 2 minutes. 

Toss with cooked pasta or serve with warm bread. Garnish with parsley and enjoy!
