½ cup heavy cream ½ cup beef broth ¼ cup dry white wine (optional) Salt & pepper to taste Fresh thyme for garnish

Sear the Steaks: Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Season the steaks with salt and pepper, then sear for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and rest.
