This Easy Cheese Sandwich Will Satisfy Your Cravings Instantly!

Ingredients:  2 slices of bread (white, whole wheat, or sourdough) 2–3 slices of your favorite cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or Swiss)

1 tbsp butter or margarine Optional add-ons: tomatoes, jalapeños, or a sprinkle of herb

Instructions:  Heat a pan over medium heat and spread butter on one side of each bread slice. Place a slice of bread butter-side down on the pan. Add cheese slices on top.

Cover with the second bread slice, butter-side up. Cook for 2–3 minutes until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.

Once the cheese melts and the bread is crispy, remove and serve hot!
